Lincs Self Storage containers are suitable for the storage of a wide range of non-perishable goods. We do not allow the storage of dangerous, illegal or harmful items, and will immediately report any illegal items found to the proper authorities. 

 

Each 20ft container costs £100 per calendar month. Payment can be made by direct debit, bank transfer or in cash. Fees must be paid on time, in advance. Failure to pay may result in the seizure and sale/disposal of the contents. 

 

No - we charge a flat fee of £100 per month. 

 

Units are rented on a rolling monthly basis, with a minimum commitment of 1 month. 

 

We require two forms of ID, including one with proof of address. We also require a recent utility bill to confirm this address. 

 

Yes, we recommend taking out insurance. Whilst we offer CCTV coverage and secure padlocks, goods are stored at your risk, and you are responsible for all items stored inside your unit. 

 

You will need to check with your insurance provider to gain the appropriate amount of cover. Lincs Self Storage has public liability insurance, but will not cover losses or damage.
